Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kipanga Horizon Safaris. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking a tour with us.

1. Booking and Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date. If booking within 60 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation charges apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
• 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost

3. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, safaris involve inherent risks. Kipanga Horizon Safaris cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property.
